Pantusa Towing - Nashville - Online Auction

Pantusa Towing is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Davidson County area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. Vehicles are sold on tow lien paperwork per Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-19-103 unless otherwise announced.

A $50 deposit will be required to bid.  If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice.  If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.

A 13.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to each winning invoice.

Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000.  This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice.  Invoices be split to circumvent this rule.
