Doug Yates Towing & Recovery is responsible for removing unauthorized and illegally parked vehicles throughout the Hamilton County area. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. Vehicles are sold on tow lien paperwork per Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-19-103 unless otherwise announced.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

A 13.5% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price of each lot.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
